NOTICE OF DEFECT ON DAIWA SALTIGA & CATALINA

DAIWA Company officially announced the notice of defect on 2010 SALTIGA series and 2012 CATALINA series in January/2014.
The defect is like this: Because of the problem about glue inside of body, the movement of handle becomes very heavy.
This defect does not happened to all products of 2010 SALTIGA & 2012 CATALINA series. Only happens to some products.
About products which this defect appears, DAIWA will fix it free.
If users of these models feel strange about smoothness of handle, please consult to the shop which the customer bought that product.
Saogiku will try our best to contact the all customer who bought these model in our shop.
Please feel free to consult to us from customer side if feel any worry about these reels. We will explain the details about this defect.
